This February, we welcomed Ian Finlayson and Paul Ormond, MA Dept. of Energy Resources, to discuss the new state building codes, including the updated Stretch Code and new Specialized Opt-In Code. They also discuss the newly released technical guidance documents and resources for municipalities considering Opt-In code adoption. Audience Q&A is included.
