Crafts Street Senior Housing, an all-electric building with a commercial kitchen and indoor swimming pool designed for Passive House certification, will set a new standard for senior living and Passive House multifamily building. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects with RDH Building Science, Senior Resource Group and Mark Development the 185 residences feature 105 Independent Living apartments, 52 Assisted Living apartments, and 28 Memory Care apartments over a parking garage. Located in Newton, Massachusetts, the project anticipates a 2023 construction start and a 2025 delivery.
